The project of the Laval Municipal Housing Office has chosen to revitalize this neighborhood with Habitations Val-Martin, which consist of a 20,000 sq. Ft. LEED NC v4 community center.
Our electro-technical resources are involved in the preliminary stages until the site supervision. It comprises several phases, with a total of 357 social housing units as follows:
- Phase 1: Regeneration, 124 units, 2019, $ 20 million
- Phase 2: Access to housing, 233 units and a community hub, 2020, $ 50 million
